AB InBev

Headquartered in Leuven, Belgium, AB InBev is the world’s biggest brewer. Over 170,000 of us work with over 500 brands that are enjoyed in 150 countries. And this scale is built on solid foundations. Our history stretches back over 600 years, right back to when French monks were brewing their first Leffe beer.

Today, working with brands like Stella Artois, Corona and our American brand Budweiser, we keep dreaming big. We brew the world’s most-loved beers, build iconic brands and create meaningful experiences.

We are curious, bold and resilient. We see challenges as opportunities, push boundaries and thrive under pressure. We are owners, building a company to last. Our people are empowered to lead real change, deliver results and grow at the pace of their talent. Through hard work and the strength of our teams, we can achieve anything.

What is it like to work at AB InBev?

Working at AB-InBev has been an amazing journey so far. Last August I started as a Global Management Trainee. Being a trainee at AB-InBev is great! You will meet a lot of different people, and have a lot of interaction with senior management. Besides that, you will get a 360° view of the whole business.  I had the opportunity to work in a brewery but also work on the preparation for the biggest product launch ABI has ever executed in the Netherlands (Bud). After finishing my traineeship in June this year, it was time for my first position. I am currently working as trade marketing manager for Sweden and Finland in Stockholm.

So far it has been very exciting to work in another country. I am facing new challenges and learning new things every single day. Working at ABI means working hard and getting challenged all the time, but it also means getting a lot of opportunities to grow fast and learn a lot. It is really up to you what you want to get out of it. If you are good enough, you can become a country director by the age of 30, just like our current country director! We promote people because they are great, not because of their seniority.

If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, and are not afraid to be challenged then becoming a trainee at AB-InBev is something for you!
