Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

When is the application deadline?

The applications for all our activities close November 3rd 23:59

What is the dress code for the event?

The dress code during the event is business formal. This means a suit and tie for men and a dress, pants or skirt with matching jacket for women.

What will be done with my personal data?

Your anonymous CV will only be visible to the companies within the bootcamps you have applied for. Upon being selected, the companies will receive your personal information. After the event, your non-anonymous CV will be sent to the companies.

Why do I have to upload an anonymous CV?

You need to upload your anonymous CV so we can guarantee that only the companies that have selected you receive your contact details. If your CV is not anonymous, we cannot send your CV to the companies you have applied for and you cannot be selected. Furthermore, by anonymizing your CV, companies will only select you based on your competences and experience, so everyone will be treated equally in the selection process.

How does the selection process for the branch bootcamps work?

The selection process is done by the companies based on your CV. To maximize your chances, make sure your CV is up-to-date.

How do I unsubscribe from an activity?

You can unsubscribe yourself from activities on the website until four business days in advance, before 17:00 via www.mastercareerweek.nl or by sending an email to info@mastercareerweek.nl. For example, if you cannot attend an activity starting on Wednesday, you will have to unsubscribe the foregoing Thursday before 17:00. After this time, you will get a fine. Read more about our penalty policy at the bottom of the page.

Is it also possible for bachelor students to apply?

No, it is not. The EFR Master Career Week is aimed at master students only.

Is it possible to sign up for a single company visit?

No, this is not possible. The EFR Master Career Week only allows students to apply for a bootcamp as a whole, it is therefore not possible to only visit one of the four companies seperately.

Where do I have to be for the event?

For each specific bootcamp, you will be notified clearly in advance by the committee on where you need to be. If still unclear, you can always reach us on +31 (0)6 30 06 17 23 for further details.

Is it possible to apply for more than one bootcamp or trip?

Yes, this is possible. Make sure to apply for each activity seperately. However, do keep in mind that you have to show up for each bootcamp that you have been selected for, or make sure you cancel your application in time. For more information on cancellations, check out our penalty policy at the bottom of this page.

Can every master student apply?
